CLASSES & ASSESSMENT
- EXPLAINED ABSENCE FORM (for in-class absences)
- PROFESSIONAL PRACTITIONER MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (for in-class absences and/or Applications for Extension)
- APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION (for rescheduling assessments and exams)
- SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (if you have been adversely affected by a serious and unavoidable disruption to studies)
- ACADEMIC APPEAL OF GRADE (if you believe your final grade does not accurately reflect your work)
